**About the Role:**

As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

– Delivering evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
– Conducting thorough nursing assessments, creating and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes
– Employing clinical judgement, critical thinking, and ethical decision-making in your care delivery
– Ensuring respectful and equitable treatment of clients and colleagues
– Continuously enhancing professional skills through education and performance evaluations
– Leading and supporting a team of carers while maintaining best practices

Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends, is essential.

**About You:**

To excel in this role, you should:

– Be passionate about elder care with a focus on providing customer-oriented clinical care
– Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Be adept at both group facilitation and individual interactions
– Hold unrestricted Division 1 AHPRA registration
– Have a minimum of 12 months postgraduate experience (preferred but not essential)
– Possess a current First Aid Certificate
– Have unrestricted working rights for Australia

Salary range: $35.96 – $44.39 per hour (base), plus shift penalties, allowances, and superannuation.
