Job Description: As a Registered Nurse in aged care, you will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate and holistic care to our elderly residents. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assessing and monitoring residents’ health conditions
• Developing and implementing care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Providing emotional support to residents and their families
