*About the Role:*

As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

– Delivering comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
– Conducting thorough nursing assessments, creating and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient care outcomes
– Applying sound clinical judgement, critical thinking, and ethical decision-making in care delivery and evaluation
– Ensuring fair and respectful treatment of clients and staff, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic, or linguistic backgrounds
– Keeping professional skills and knowledge up-to-date through continuing education and performance appraisals
– Guiding and directing a team of carers while maintaining best practices

Candidates must be prepared to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.

**About You:**

To thrive in this role, you will:

– Have a passion for elder care and a commitment to customer-focused clinical care
– Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Be adept at group facilitation and one-on-one interactions
– Hold unrestricted Division 1 AHPRA registration
– Ideally have a minimum of 12 months experience
– Have a current First Aid Certificate
– Hold unlimited working rights for Australia

Salary range: $35.96 – $44.39 per hour (base), plus shift penalties, applicable allowances, and superannuation.
