Role overview

This permanent Speech Pathologist role is ideal for new grads or early career clinicians looking to gain hands-on experience and build expertise in complex communication and feeding. You’ll spend most of your time in-clinic with one day per week in community outreach, providing diverse learning opportunities and a meaningful impact on clients’ lives.

About you

You’re a motivated, early career Speech Pathologist ready to develop your skills, work collaboratively, and make a difference in clients’ lives. You’re keen to learn, open to mentorship, and excited to work in a clinic that supports your growth.

What we’re looking for

• Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration
• New graduate or early career, eager to learn in complex communication & feeding
• Strong communication skills and client-first mindset
• Able to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
