General Manager of Healthcare Janine Johnson Appointed as New ANRA Council Representative

We are delighted to announce that our General Manager of Healthcare, Janine Johnson, has been appointed as one of the 20 newly elected Council Representatives on the RCSA ANRA Council for 2025! Janine joins a diverse group of new and returning leaders committed to advancing the recruitment sector.
With nearly 15 years of healthcare recruitment experience across the UK and Australia, Janine has played a pivotal role in driving the success of our Nursing and Midwifery team at cmr. Her deep commitment to supporting regional, rural, and remote communities, alongside her expertise in managing healthcare tenders and client partnerships, makes her an outstanding representative on the ANRA Council.
In her new role, Janine aims to foster collaboration within the recruitment industry, contribute to member education, and advocate for the crucial role recruitment agencies play in delivering quality healthcare professionals to communities in need.
“We’re at a pivotal moment in healthcare recruitment, and I’m excited to work alongside my fellow Councillors and the RCSA Australia and New Zealand team to support our members and create lasting impact in the healthcare communities we serve,” said Janine.
We congratulate Janine on this fantastic achievement and look forward to seeing the positive changes she will help drive within the ANRA Council and the healthcare recruitment industry.
