Refer a Friend

We’re big believers in rewarding loyalty, which is why we’ve created a referral bonus program to say thanks when you send a new candidate our way.

To be eligible, the referred candidate must be new to cmr or must not have worked for cmr for at least 12 months before being referred and successfully completed the following placement criteria with cmr.

Eligibility criteria:

Between 27th July and 31st December 2026, a candidate can be referred by anyone, excluding current internal cmr employees. –
The referred candidate will start a placement on or after the 3rd March 2026. –
The referred candidate must successfully complete the required period of placement for the referrer to be eligible for payment. –
cmr reserves the right to alter, extend or end this promotion at any time. –
All referrals will be handled in accordance with cmr’s Privacy Policy. –

Agency Nursing criteria

Day to Day – 100 hours of work in three (3) months.

Temporary/Fixed Term Roles criteria

Nursing & Allied Health Professionals – 12 weeks (60 days) over a 12 month period.
Doctors – 6 weeks (30 days) over a 12 month period.

Permanent Roles criteria

Nursing, Allied Health & Doctors – successful completion of their probationary period with the client.

Rewards:

The referral fee will be paid in the form of a gift card or where required for existing active PAYG employees/contractors, via the cmr payroll system (subject to PAYG tax and super). –
Tax and super legislative requirements apply. –
Payment will be made within 14 days of all conditions being met. –
You and your referral may be notified of the status of the referral and any eligible bonus payments through email or other preferred communication channels. –
Referral incentive will be payable on the first engagement period worked by the referred candidate, not subsequent placements (including permanent placements). –
If two referrers recommend the same candidate, the referral fee is paid to the first referrer. –
All referral rewards are at the discretion of cmr. –

Loyalty Program

Start earning a $50 gift card for every 500 hours you work with us. No cap, just ongoing rewards for doing what you do best.

Eligibility criteria

The loyalty program is available to cmr candidates working across contract and temporary placements only. –
Candidates must complete 500 hours to qualify for the reward. –

Rewards

Once the required hours are completed, a $50 Prezzee voucher will be emailed to the candidate. –
The voucher will be emailed directly from Prezzee and sent to the primary email address listed on the candidate’s profile. –
cmr is not liable for lost vouchers and will not send duplicates. –
cmr reserves the right to amend the program at any time, including but not limited to changing the gifted amount or the number of hours required. –
All candidate information is handled in accordance with cmr’s Privacy Policy. –

Update Your Availability Competition

The promoter is Cornerstone Medical Recruitment (“cmr”).

The promotion opens on 17 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 13 September 2026. Entries received outside the promotion period will not be included in the draw.

Eligibility

Entry is open to doctors who are Australian residents aged 18 years or over and who receive an invitation from cmr to update their availability during the promotion period. –
Employees of cmr and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. –

How to enter

To enter, eligible participants must update their availability using the link provided by cmr during the promotion period. –
Each eligible participant will receive one entry into the draw. –
No purchase or payment is required to enter. –

Prize

One winner will receive one eligible cmr training course, up to a maximum value of $1,000, to be used within 12 months of the winner being notified. –
The prize applies only to a training course delivered by cmr and cannot be used towards a course offered by another training provider. –
Eligible courses may include ALS, PALS or ALS2, subject to the winner meeting the relevant professional eligibility or prerequisite requirements and to the courses being scheduled by cmr during the 12-month redemption period. –
The prize covers the course registration fee only. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the selected eligible course is valued at less than $1,000, the difference will not be paid or credited to the winner. –

Prize draw

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 14 September 2026 at the cmr offices, Level 3, 100 Brookes Street, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006. –
Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected. –

Course availability

– Course dates, locations and course types are subject to cmr’s scheduled training calendar and availability.
– cmr cannot guarantee that every course type will be offered, or that a particular course, location or date will be available during the 12-month redemption period.
The winner may select from the eligible cmr training courses available to them, subject to professional eligibility, prerequisites and available course dates. –
Any travel, accommodation or other costs associated with attending the selected training course are the responsibility of the winner and are not included as part of the prize. –
– Updating your availability does not guarantee a role, placement or employment opportunity with cmr.
– Personal information collected as part of the promotion will be used to administer the competition and update your availability with cmr. Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with cmr’s Privacy Policy.

Sign on Bonus – Agency Nursing Day to Day Queensland

The Agency Nursing ‘Sign On Bonus’ runs from 24 August 2026 12:00 am AEST until 4 October 2026 11:59 pm AEST.

Eligibility Criteria

– The candidate must be new to cmr or must not have worked for cmr for at least 12 months before signing on.
– The candidate must successfully complete the required period of 50 hours in day to day agency shifts worked in three (3) months to be eligible for payment.
– Only candidates working across South-East Queensland are eligible.
– Only the first 100 nurses to onboard in the period are eligible.
– cmr reserves the right to alter, extend or end this promotion at any time.
– All Sign Ons will be handled in accordance with cmr’s Privacy Policy.

Reward

$250 – Agency Nursing Day to Day – Sign On Bonus. –
– The candidate will be paid in the form of a gift card.
– Payment will be made within 30 days of all conditions being met.
– You may be notified of the status of the bonus payments through email or other preferred communication channels.

Win a $500 FRANKIE4 Voucher Competition

The promoter is Cornerstone Medical Recruitment (“cmr”). We’ll run this competition in line with Australian promotion rules and will arrange any permits or approvals if they’re needed.

The promotion opens at 6:00am on 7 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 16 September 2026. Entries received outside the promotion period will not be included in the draw.

Eligibility Criteria

Entry is open to healthcare workers who receive a free coffee at either the Sydney activation on 7 September 2026 at Grounded 2050 Cafe, or the Brisbane activation on 14 September 2026 at Nurse Station Cafe. –

Prize draw

One (1) $500 voucher is available to be won from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. –
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. –
We’ll confirm the voucher type, supplier and any expiry or use conditions when the winner receives the prize. Once the voucher is issued, cmr isn’t responsible if it’s lost, stolen, expired or unused. –
The winner will be drawn at random on 17 September 2026 from all eligible entries received from both the Sydney and Brisbane activations. –
The draw will take place at cmr’s Brisbane office, or another location chosen by cmr. Before we award the prize, we will check that the winner meets the entry requirements and followed these Terms & Conditions. –
Winner will be contacted via phone or email using the details provided on their entry form. –
If a winner does not respond within 1 week of being notified, cmr reserves the right to redraw the prize. –
As far as the law allows, cmr isn’t responsible for any loss, damage, injury, technical issues, late or incomplete entries, or other issues connected with the competition. –
If we need to redraw the prize, we’ll choose another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries and contact them using the details on their entry form. –
