Refer a Friend

We’re big believers in rewarding loyalty, which is why we’ve created a referral bonus program to say thanks when you send a new candidate our way.

To be eligible, the referred candidate must be new to cmr or must not have worked for cmr for at least 12 months before being referred and successfully completed the following placement criteria with cmr.

Eligibility criteria:

The referrer must be an active candidate of cmr. –
The referred candidate must successfully complete the required period of placement for the referrer to be eligible for payment. –
cmr reserves the right to alter, extend or end this promotion at any time. –
All referrals will be handled in accordance with cmr’s Privacy Policy. –

Agency Nursing criteria

Day to Day – 100 hours of work in three (3) months.

Temporary/Fixed Term Roles criteria

Nursing & Allied Health Professionals – 12 weeks (60 days) over a 12 month period.
Doctors – 6 weeks (30 days) over a 12 month period.

Permanent Roles criteria

Nursing, Allied Health & Doctors – successful completion of their probationary period with the client.

Rewards:

The referral fee will be paid in the form of a gift card or where required for existing active PAYG employees/contractors, via the cmr payroll system (subject to PAYG tax and super). –
Tax and super legislative requirements apply. –
Payment will be made within 14 days of all conditions being met. –
You and your referral may be notified of the status of the referral and any eligible bonus payments through email or other preferred communication channels. –
Referral incentive will be payable on the first engagement period worked by the referred candidate, not subsequent placements (including permanent placements). –
If two referrers recommend the same candidate, the referral fee is paid to the first referrer. –
All referral rewards are at the discretion of cmr. –

Competition Details

Competition Period: The Competition commences on Monday 2 March 2026 and concludes on Sunday 15 March 2026 at 11.59pm AEST (the “Competition Period”).

Eligibility: Entry is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the competition post and entry form. Entrants must select “Nursing & Midwifery” as their division in the entry form to be eligible to win.

Prize: Five (5) double pass tickets are available. Each prize consists of one (1) double pass to Nurse Georgie Carroll’s Brisbane show on 30 April 2026. Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Winner Announcement: All five (5) winners will be announced Monday 16 March 2026 via: Direct email sent to the winner (using the email address provided in the entry form). If a winner does not respond within the timeframe specified in the winner notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Privacy: All entries will be handled in accordance with cmr’s Privacy Policy

How to Enter

Comment “LAUGH” – on the applicable Instagram competition post.
Complete the official entry form – that will be sent via direct message after commenting the keyword. Only one valid entry form submission per person will be accepted.
Bonus Entries (Optional) – Participants may receive additional entries by tagging a friend in the comments on the competition post. Each tagged friend counts as one bonus entry. Tags must be made in separate comments.
