We know great recruiters don’t always time their move around a live vacancy — so we’re opening up an expression of interest ahead of a number of opportunities expected across Q1 and early Q2 FY27 (July to December 2026) across cmr (Nursing, Doctors and Allied Health specialties).

This isn’t a specific role just yet. It’s your chance to get on our radar early, so that when a desk opens that matches your background, you’re one of the first people we call. The exact desk, specialisation and start date will depend on business need and your experience at the time — but the earlier you register, the better placed you’ll be.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in agency recruitment, working a full 360 desk (business development, candidate management, and end-to-end delivery)
• A proven track record of billing and managing a desk
• Confidence across both BD and candidate delivery
• Commercial, driven, and motivated by targets
• Healthcare or allied sector recruitment experience is a plus, but not essential
