About the role

Start your Physiotherapy career in a unique role with a supportive multidisciplinary team that genuinely invests in junior Physios but with plenty of growth oopporutnity

You’ll split your week between private practice/MSK and aged care, giving you valuable exposure across different client groups while building your clinical confidence.

With structured onboarding and regular team training, you’ll have the support you need to grow into a confident clinician.

• Spend approximately 3 days in private practice/MSK and 2 days in aged care treating a varied caseload
• Build your skills through mentoring, shadowing and regular team training

Skills & experience

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist
• New graduates and junior Physiotherapists encouraged to apply
• Interest in MSK, NDIS and aged care
• Strong communication and willingness to learn

Salary & benefits

• $75,000-$85,000 + Super
• Structured onboarding across private practice and aged care
• Weekly Physiotherapy meetings and monthly whole-team inservices
• Genuine downtime for notes, study and patient preparation

The team

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team of five Physiotherapists with a strong track record of developing recent graduates.

The team values collaboration, regular training and sharing knowledge, so you’ll have experienced clinicians around you as you build your confidence.

The opportunity

Develop across MSK and aged care while being supported by a team that understands what developing Physios need.

You’ll gain experience across both clinic and aged care environments, with a manageable appointment structure and time built into the day for clinical preparation and learning.
