• Broken Hill – Busy 10-bed ED in a rural teaching hospital with ICU, paediatrics, maternity, mental health, oncology, and more.
• Balranald – 2-bed ED, residential aged care, and access to incredible national parks, lakes, and history.
• Ivanhoe – Small rural hospital with generalist nursing across medical, surgical, and aged care.
• Menindee – 24-hour ED supported by Royal Flying Doctor Service, plus boating and nature experiences.
• Wentworth – Newly upgraded hospital on the Darling River, delivering acute, palliative, and community care.
• Wilcannia – Historic heritage hospital providing primary health, dental, mental health, and allied services.
• White Cliffs – Remote outback town famous for opal mining and underground homes; nurses take on broad, autonomous roles in emergency, primary health, and aged care.

What we’re looking for:

• Experienced RNs with min 3 years’ experience, including ALS, ED, and generalist skills
• Confident in triage, emergencies, and rural/remote nursing
• Adaptable, self-sufficient, and ready to embrace the outback lifestyle
