We’re delighted to announce an extraordinary night of recognition, taking home three awards across two of the recruitment industry’s most prestigious events: the SEEK SARA Awards and the TIARA Recruitment Awards.

At the SEEK SARA Awards, our CEO Samantha Miklos, was named Recruitment Leader of the Year, an honour that was echoed later in the evening, when Sam secured the win for the same award category at the TIARA Recruitment Awards. These awards are testament to Sam’s visionary leadership, which inspires high engagement and innovation across our company.

In addition, we were awarded the Training & Development Award at the TIARA Recruitment Awards, recognising our commitment to fostering professional growth through innovative training programs. This is the second time this year our learning and development initiatives have received such recognition. A special mention goes to Amanda Brennan, cmr’s Head of Learning and Development, for leading the award-winning training programs that empower the team to deliver exceptional service.

Reflecting on her category wins, Sam expressed her gratitude, saying:
“This achievement is not just mine; it’s a reflection of the amazing team I get to work with every day. They turn the vision into reality.”

Sam’s leadership is centered on building a happier healthcare community for candidates and clients alike. This focus drives our initiatives, fostering meaningful connections and addressing the unique needs of healthcare workers and organisations across Australia.

The night also saw us recognised as Runner Up for Medium Agency of the Year at the SEEK SARA Awards and Highly Commended for Back Office of the Year at the TIARAs.

These achievements are a reflection of the incredible efforts of our entire community, including the healthcare workers and clients who trust and support our mission.

Hundreds of medical roles, every day.
