For one of our Clients, we are looking for an experineced Psychiatrist, ready to join the team as the Medical Director for District Integrated Mental Health, Alcohol & Other Drugs Services.

Your role will include:

• Providing clinical leadership and overseeing clinical policies and guidelines.
• Developing strategies to ensure quality and safety protocols.
• Collaborating on strategic and business plans with the Executive Team.
• Designing Models of Care for optimal service delivery.
• Managing medical workforce planning and development.
• Supporting research and building key relationships.
• Engaging with stakeholders for service enhancement.

To be successful in this role you’d need:

• AHPRA Specialist Registration and RANZCP Fellowship
• Current practicing experinece as Consultant Psychiatrist.
• Demonstrated leadership in mental health services.
• Ability to innovate and implement effective practices.
• Advocacy experience and community engagement.
• Change management and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professional development.
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel.
