Are you an experienced Nurse Unit Manager looking to take the next step in your career in sexual and reproductive health? Our client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Nurse Unit Manager who has experience in Women’s Health or Surgical to join our team in Perth. As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our clinics to provide safe, high-quality client-centered care while ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinics to deliver safe, high-quality care
• Oversee day-to-day operations including rostering, financial planning, and budgets
• Manage quality and risk in line with policies and procedures
• Maintain best practice standards of nursing practice and care
• Support staff, clients, and their support network
• Ensure effective stewardship of resources and budget management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including doctors, external affiliates, and service providers

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Nursing
• 3+ years of experience in a NUM or ANUM position
• Experience in Women’s Health and Surgical nursing desired

Additional Information:

• Clinic open on Saturdays, managed by ANUM
• Major clinical incidents escalated by ANUM on Saturdays
• Saturday work only if short-staffed
• Clinical lists include MTOP, STOP, Vasectomy, Contraception
• Staff includes 1x ANUM, 1x CN, RNs, ENs, CSSD Tech, Admin Team
• Doctors consist of contractors and National Medical Director
