Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• A minimum of two years’ recent ICU experience.
• Demonstrated experience caring for critically ill adult patients.
• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
