About the Role

Working within residential aged care facilities, you will provide safe, compassionate, and person-centred nursing care while supporting residents and collaborating with Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Medication administration (where applicable and within scope of practice)
• Clinical observations and resident assessments
• Care planning and accurate clinical documentation
• Wound care and infection prevention
• Supporting and supervising care staff
• Delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (EN)
• Medication endorsement is highly regarded but not essential.
• Recent residential aged care experience
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full immunisation compliance in line with aged care requirements
• Full Australian working rights
• Flexibility to travel and work across Regional Victoria
