We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated EENs to join hospital teams across the Murrumbidgee region, working across medical, surgical, and acute care wards. These contracts are perfect for nurses who enjoy variety, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

As part of these teams, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced healthcare professionals while caring for a diverse range of patients with varying clinical needs. You’ll be supported to utilise your skills, build confidence, and gain valuable experience within regional healthcare settings.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Providing safe, compassionate, and person-centred nursing care
• Supporting Registered Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team
• Completing clinical observations, assessments, and documentation
• Assisting with medication management within scope of practice
• Supporting patients through their medical, surgical, and acute care journeys
• Promoting a positive patient experience and high standards of care

What we’re looking for:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
• Recent experience in medical, surgical, or acute ward settings
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt quickly
• A team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
• A passion for providing quality care in regional communities
