The Role:
- Clinical pharmacy in general medicine, surgical, rehab or oncology
- Medication reviews, discharge counselling, ward rounds
- Support pharmacy teams with day-to-day operations
You’ll Need:
- AHPRA registration
- 6+ months hospital pharmacy experience in Australia. Can be public or private.
- Familiarity with iPharmacy, Cerner, Merlin, Sunrise or similar systems.
