Locum Pharmacy Roles | Opportunities Across Western Australia

We’re partnering with regional public hospitals across WA to find an experienced Clinical Pharmacist & Dispensary Technicians for multiple short-term contracts.

These roles are suited to pharmacy professionals with hospital experience who are confident working independently across wards and dispensary in a supportive team environment. Please note, this position is not suitable for interns or international candidates.

What’s on offer

  • $60-$90 per hour + super, depending on experience, role & location
  • Accommodation provided
  • Return travel covered (flights or fuel reimbursement)
  • Full-time hours
  • 8-12 week contract with potential for extension

The role

You’ll be delivering clinical pharmacy services across a range of inpatient wards and dispensary working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support safe and effective patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Clinical pharmacy services across general medicine, surgical and rehabilitation wards
  • Medication reconciliation, reviews and discharge counselling
  • Admissions and discharge planning
  • Participation in ward rounds and collaboration with medical, nursing and allied health teams
  • Supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations and patient care initiatives

What you’ll need

  • Full AHPRA registration – we don’t do any intern roles.
  • 1-year Australian hospital pharmacy experience (public or private)
  • Confidence working independently on wards
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
