Clinical Pharmacist | Coastal QLD

We’re partnering with a regional hospital in Queensland find an experienced Pharmacist for a short-term contract role.

Please note, this position is not suitable for interns or international candidates.

What’s on offer

• $70-$80 per hour + super, depending on experience
• Accommodation provided
• Return travel covered (flights or fuel reimbursement)
• Full-time hours

The role
You’ll be delivering clinical pharmacy services across a range of inpatient wards, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support safe and effective patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Clinical pharmacy services across general medicine, surgical and rehabilitation wards / Dispensary rotation
• Medication reconciliation, reviews and discharge counselling
• Admissions and discharge planning
• Participation in ward rounds and collaboration with medical, nursing and allied health teams
• Supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations and patient care initiatives

What you’ll need

• Full AHPRA registration – we don’t do any intern roles.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
