Where You’ll Make an Impact

• Acute Mental Health: Work in fast-paced settings managing urgent mental health crises, stabilising patients and coordinating with emergency services. Your crisis intervention skills will make a rapid difference in high-pressure situations.
• Inpatient Units: Provide consistent, supportive care to people needing more intensive support. You’ll carry out daily assessments, administer medication and work alongside multidisciplinary teams to help patients stabilise and recover.
• Community Mental Health: Be a key support for clients outside the hospital, delivering case management, comprehensive assessments and care planning. Community work lets you build deeper connections and walk alongside clients through their recovery.

What You’ll Need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, without restrictions
• At least 5 years of mental health nursing experience, ideally including case management
• Excellent communication skills with patients and colleagues
• The ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams
• A valid driver’s licence for regional and remote roles
• Willingness to commit to regional or remote contracts of at least 12 weeks
