About the Role

This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere in Australia while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care via telehealth. You’ll work autonomously while being supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team, providing accessible care to patients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via phone consultations
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans within scope of practice
• Provide health education, advice, and preventative care
• Collaborate with support team and CMO as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

About You

• Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA
• Master’s Degree (Nurse Practitioner)
• Proven experience in autonomous clinical decision-making
• Strong telehealth or remote consultation experience (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely
• High level of digital literacy and comfort using telehealth platforms
• Commitment to patient-centred, accessible care
