PCA / AIN Opportunities – South Australia

Regional, Rural & Remote Contracts Available

We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Assistants in Nursing (AIN) to join our growing healthcare team across South Australia. Opportunities are available in regional, rural, and remote facilities, offering flexible agency and contract-based work for experienced carers looking to expand their clinical exposure and travel opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Promote client comfort, dignity, independence, and emotional wellbeing
• Follow individual care plans and accurately document care provided
• Assist with mealtime support, companionship, and general wellbeing monitoring
• Work collaboratively with nursing and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, person-centred care

Essential Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (SA)
• Working With Children Check (SA)
• Full Australian working rights
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication skills and compassionate approach to care
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster and travel to regional locations
