Swap your daily commute for snow-capped mountains and make the most of the rest of winter! We’re looking for a Generalist Physiotherapist for a 3-month locum in the stunning Snowy Mountains, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to build your rural hospital experience while spending your days off exploring Australia’s alpine region-whether that’s skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or simply soaking up the mountain atmosphere.

The Role

You’ll join a small rural public hospital, working across a broad generalist caseload with the autonomy to manage patients independently.

Your caseload will include:

• Sub-acute admitted patients
• Pulmonary rehabilitation groups
• Cardiac rehabilitation groups
• Falls prevention programs
• Post-joint replacement orthopaedic groups
• General outpatient physiotherapy
• Outreach services to surrounding communities
• Hydrotherapy (only required when hydrotherapy staff are on leave)

You’ll work closely within a supportive multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Nurses, Doctors and Allied Health Assistants, providing high-quality care to the local community.

About You

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
• Previous hospital and generalist physiotherapy experience
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Full Australian working rights
