Cornerstone Medical Recruitment are seeking for a dedicated, compassionate and experienced physiotherapist who is seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference. This position is for a full-time permament physiotherapist position to join a dynamic team in Brisbane, focusing on a community-based caseload.

Position: Full-Time Physiotherapist
Location: Brisbane, Queensland
Caseload: 80% Aged Care, 20% NDIS
Salary: Up to $110k + super + car (can be used personally) + fuel card

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients within the aged care and NDIS sectors.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to address a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and education to optimize client outcomes and promote self-management.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including allied health professionals, caregivers, and support workers, to ensure holistic care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • 1.5 years in a private practice clinic in Australia or 1 + year in aged care, ndis and/or similar role – MANDATORY
  • Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
  • Current driver’s license
