Cornerstone Medical Recruitment | cmr has partnered with a high-performing, community-focused private practice in North Sydney that’s looking for an experienced Physiotherapist ready to step into a senior role.
This is the perfect opportunity if you’re keen to take the next step in your career with leadership, mentorship and a beautifully mixed caseload.
You’ll be joining a close-knit, collaborative team where quality care, communication and strong professional relationships come first. A full, established caseload will be handed over by the current Head Physio, with plenty of time for a smooth transition.
About the Role
This role sits at the heart of the clinic’s culture and patient experience. You’ll be working across a highly varied caseload, which includes:

General population
-
Elite adolescent and senior athletes
-
Post-operative (particularly upper limb)
-
GP and orthopaedic surgeon referrals
-
Local sports team connections
Alongside your clinical work, you’ll support junior Physiotherapists, contribute to case discussions, and help shape the development of clinic models of care.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physiotherapy across a diverse caseload

Mentor and support junior clinicians

Build strong communication channels with referrers (GPs, specialists, surgeons)

Contribute to collaborative case reviews and clinic development

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (Cliniko)

Champion a positive, community-driven clinic culture
About You
This role suits someone who is warm, confident and enjoys both clinical challenge and team collaboration.
You’ll bring:

2+ years of physiotherapy experience (private practice, sports rehab or post-op experience ideal)

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Leadership ability and a passion for mentoring

Strong initiative and time-management skills

AHPRA registration + SIRA requirement

Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
