About the Opportunity:

We have multiple opportunities throughout Regional Australia for skilled RN’s who thrives in a team environment and are committed to delivering person-centred care. You’ll play a key role in the overall wellbeing of residents by providing high-quality clinical care, supporting care staff, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans

* Administer medications and treatments in line with clinical protocols

* Respond to and manage clinical incidents and escalate appropriately

* Work closely with residents, families, and allied health professionals

* Mentor and support care staff to promote best practice and team performance

* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold compliance standards

* Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the facility

* Ensure care is delivered in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone who is clinically confident, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional care. Ideal candidates will have:

* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

* Experience in residential aged care or a similar healthcare setting

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work effectively in a team and build rapport with residents

* Understanding of aged care standards and clinical compliance

* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
