Key Responsibilities

• Manage a smaller caseload, providing tailored, person-centred care.
• Conduct intake and triage assessments to ensure timely and effective care.
• Perform comprehensive risk and educational assessments for client care planning.
• Administer depot injections as part of ongoing treatment plans.
• Proficient use of CIMHA to ensure seamless integration into the team.

About You

• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in mental health nursing.
• You are confident in working autonomously and can step into the role with minimal support.
• You bring a solid background in case management, risk assessments, and mental health care.
• You are proficient in CIMHA and comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a small team.
• You have a passion for making a meaningful impact on your clients and the community.
• You possess excellent communication skills and work well in a team environment.
• You hold a current AHPRA registration and a valid driver’s license.
