About the Role

You’ll work within residential aged care facilities, delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care while supporting residents and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Medication administration and clinical assessments
• Care planning and documentation
• Wound management
• Leading and supporting care staff
• Monitoring resident wellbeing and responding to clinical changes
• Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Recent residential aged care experience
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full immunisation compliance
• Full Australian working rights
• Flexibility to travel and work across Regional Victoria
