Located in the Sunshine Coast, this clinic and community-based role will allow you to keep your hand on the pulse, managing your own caseload while also leading your own team of Occupational Therapists. Enjoy flexibility in your work week with client visits on the road, supervision and training in clinic, and report writing down time.

The Role:

• Permanent, full-time contract
• Predominantly adult neuro rehabilitation caseload
• NDIS & Home Car Packages
• Training & Upskilling with your team
• Hosting monthly professional development sessions

The Benefits:

• 3.5 billable hours per day, with the rest of your time dedicated to building a strong team
• Company car available for longer journeys, with KM’s & petrol usage covered
• $90,000 – $100,000 + Super, based on experience.
• Fortnightly bonus incentives available when reaching KPI’s – potential to earn an additional $10k!
• Paid annual & sick leave
