What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a diverse MSK caseload with active, engaged clients/patients
• Deliver evidence-based, outcome-driven care tailored to each patient.
• Work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, supported by AI-powered systems and virtual admin support.
• Build lasting connections with patients through strong communication and trust.
• Provide mentorship and knowledge-sharing to more junior therapists

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Physiotherapy + current AHPRA registration.
• 5+ years’ clinical experience preferred (private practice/multidisciplinary ideal).
• Strong communication skills and patient-first mindset.
• Culture driven, Willing to learn, share and adapt. Able to coach juniors
