About the Role

Join a well-established not-for-profit organisation delivering Speech Pathology services to adult NDIS participants. This role is primarily clinic-based across two metro locations, offering access to purpose-built therapy spaces including a pool, gym, and specialised treatment rooms.

You will work with adults with intellectual disabilities and some physical presentations, with occasional younger clients (17+). The role offers a structured and sustainable workload, with 70% billable expectations and strong clinical support.

• Deliver Speech Pathology services to adult NDIS clients
• Work across clinic settings with occasional community visits
• Utilise specialised therapy spaces (gym, pool, treatment rooms)
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary allied health team

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist
• SPA registration (or eligibility)
• Experience working with NDIS participants
• Confidence working with adult caseloads
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Benefits

• $85,000 – $105,000 p.a + super (negotiable based on experience)

The Team

Join a collaborative team of 11 clinicians supported by a dedicated Practice Manager (operations, bookings) and Clinical Manager (clinical guidance and mentoring). Work alongside Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists and another Speech Pathologist in a well-supported multidisciplinary setting.
