cmr has partnered with a leading health service, seeking a passionate & experienced Theraputic Youth and Family Coordinator for the following, full time permenant position based in regional NT.

Working alongside a supportive and culturally responsive team, you will play a critical role in supporting at-risk clients through restorative, culturally safe and strength based approaches. You will provide case management, work in early intervention programs, and deliver theraputic family support while engaging with the community.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Qualification in Social Eork, Youth Work, Counselling, Human Services, Communityu Development, Psychology or related field.
  • Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communitites.
  • Experience in case management with vulnerable young people and families.
  • Strong understanfing of trauma informed and strength based practice.
