The Opportunity

Join a busy bulk billing practice in south-east Melbourne with approximately 15,000 registered patients and significant demand for additional GP support. The practice currently has two doctors and is looking to add up to the equivalent of three full-time GPs, with both full-time and part-time arrangements available. Female GPs with an interest in women’s health, children’s and family medicine are particularly encouraged to apply.

The Practice

The practice provides comprehensive general practice services to a diverse local community, with strong patient demand and established appointment volumes. You’ll have access to nursing support, onsite pathology, physiotherapy and dietetics, with psychology and podiatry planned. The practice uses Best Practice and HotDoc, with onsite parking and a shopping centre located next door.

The Benefits

• 70% of billings, with some flexibility to negotiate for the right GP
• Initial guarantee of approximately $230-$250 per hour while building a patient base
• Strong existing patient demand with capacity for multiple additional GPs

• Flexible full-time or part-time arrangements, with weekend work optional

The Location

The Criteria

• Specialist AHPRA Registration
• FRACGP or FACRRM
• Experience or interest in women’s health, children’s health and family medicine highly regarded
• Ability to work sensitively and effectively with a culturally diverse patient population
