Position Overview:

Relocate to the picturesque Maryborough, QLD, and join a thriving mixed billing practice with a dedicated team of 10 GPs across two sites. This established clinic has been serving the community for the last 10 years and offers an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner Supervisor.

About the Practice:

• Location: Maryborough, QLD (MM3)
• Practice Type: Mixed billing with bulk billing for all appointments; private billing for excisions and procedures
• Facilities: Two clinic sites, one in a shopping center and one across the road. Both sites offer state-of-the-art facilities, pharmacy next door, nearby lab, radiology, and hospital.
• Team: 10 GPs, including 1 registrar and 2 GPs moving to FSP shortly. Full-time nursing support for CDM and health assessments.
• Patient Volume: 20,000-25,000 active patients per year with 8-9 new patients daily.
• Technology: Best Practice software with strict policies and quarterly reviews.

Role Highlights:

• Supervision: Take over as a supervisor, working alongside the principal supervisor. Oversee 2-3 doctors.
• Flexible Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM or 9 AM – 5 PM. Weekends off, with flexibility in hours.
• Compensation: 70% of billings, negotiable based on experience. Minimum $250-$300 per hour take-home, with potential earnings of $2,500-$3,000 per day.
• Relocation Bonus: $25K for interstate relocation.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have specialist AHPRA registration.
• Experience with ACRRM & RACGP.
• Committed to providing high-quality patient care and capable of supervising and mentoring other doctors.
