We are searching for passionate Occupational Therapists to join a supportive and close-knit team South of Brisbane. With multiple roles available, including a Senior Occupational Therapist, there is ample room for growth within this expanding practice.

The Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will manage a large existing caseload of paediatric and adolescent clients on the autism spectrum and help them in achieving their full potential. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with educational professionals, families, and a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualised therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalised therapy plans
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions
• Work collaboratively with a local school to support clients’ educational and developmental needs
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records
• Engage in continuous professional development and supervision

The Benefits

• $75,000 – $100,000 per annum, based on experience

About you

• Valid qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Strong interest in working with paediatric clients, especially those on the autism spectrum
• Previous experience working with paediatric and adolescent clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• If applying for a senior position, experience in a senior or supervisory role is desirable.
