Community Occupational Therapist

Join a multidisciplinary team delivering meaningful therapy across homes, schools, aged care and the wider community. You’ll enjoy a varied caseload, genuine flexibility and weekly mentoring, without the pressure of individual KPIs.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll support children, adults and older Australians with disability, developmental conditions and injury recovery through:

  • Functional assessments
  • Home modifications and assistive technology
  • Capacity building and independence programs
  • Individual and group interventions
  • Working closely with families and the wider MDT

About You

You’ll be an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of experience. Community or NDIS experience is a bonus, but not essential. If you’re passionate about helping people, enjoy working independently and value being part of a supportive team, this is the opportunity for you.

The Team

Join an experienced Team Leader, Occupational Therapists and a wider multidisciplinary team including Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and Dietitians. Expect a genuinely supportive culture, regular mentoring and quarterly team catch ups where everyone stays connected.
