Occupational Therapist
THE ROLE
Join a growing multidisciplinary private practice in Northern Melbourne as a Permanent Occupational Therapist. This role offers a flexible structure-either community or clinic based, or a mix of both-depending on your strengths and preferences. You’ll work with clients across the lifespan, with a preference for paediatric experience. The position is open to both junior and senior clinicians, with leadership opportunities available for experienced therapists. The business is expanding in the OT space and offers a supportive environment for professional development.

- Up to $120,000 p.a + Super + Bonuses (Senior $110K, Junior $80K)
- Commission structure available as alternative

- 4 billable hour KPI per day – manageable and realistic

With flexible base locations including Epping, Carlton, Glen Huntly, and Roxburgh, you’ll enjoy working in one of Melbourne’s diverse northern suburbs. Each location offers excellent access to amenities, cultural diversity, and easy transport links while working with a collaborative team of 18 including Physios, Osteos, and Podiatrists.
