About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to step into a Team Leader position within a growing multidisciplinary service. You’ll split your time between leadership responsibilities and a tailored clinical caseload across both clinic and community settings.

- Lead, mentor and support a growing OT team
- Manage a mixed caseload across adults and paediatrics
- Deliver services across clinic and community settings
- Contribute to service development and team expansion
Skills & experience
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- 4-5+ years’ clinical experience
- Previous leadership or senior clinician experience
- Confidence managing mixed caseloads (paeds and/or adults)
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
