About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to step into a Team Leader position within a growing multidisciplinary service. You’ll split your time between leadership responsibilities and a tailored clinical caseload across both clinic and community settings.

• Lead, mentor and support a growing OT team
• Manage a mixed caseload across adults and paediatrics
• Deliver services across clinic and community settings
• Contribute to service development and team expansion

Skills & experience

• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• 4-5+ years’ clinical experience
• Previous leadership or senior clinician experience
• Confidence managing mixed caseloads (paeds and/or adults)
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
