We are currently seeking Hospital Pharmacists who are interested in developing their skills in a specialist area. With short- and long-term contracts available across coastal and regional locations Australia-wide, this is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to travel while advancing your career.
Key Duties:

Ensure accurate preparation and dosing of chemotherapy and oncology medications

Educate patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence

Collaborate with oncology teams to optimize treatment plans

Monitor and manage medication-related side effects and toxicities

What We’re Looking For:

Fully AHPRA-registered Pharmacist
-
Prior hospital pharmacy experience (specialist oncology experience is not required)

Strong communication skills and adaptability
