Oncology Pharmacist
Join a collaborative hospital team where your oncology expertise will make a real impact on patient care. Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Oncology Pharmacist to support high-quality, patient-centered cancer services.
This role is in Queensland
You’ll play a key role in delivering safe and effective oncology pharmacy services while mentoring team members and working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to oncology patients
- Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services with a focus on safety and optimisation
- Conduct clinical assessments and monitor drug therapies
- Support aseptic compounding and contribute to cancer care meetings
- Mentor and support the oncology pharmacy team
About You:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist – Not an intern role.
- Previous oncology pharmacy experience
- Compounding experience (desirable)
- Experience with CHARM software (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
