We are seeking an experienced CT Radiographer to join a leading medical imaging team in Melbourne. This opportunity is suited to a skilled radiographer who is passionate about delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging, exceptional patient care, and working within a supportive clinical environment.

You will perform a broad range of CT examinations while maintaining high standards of image quality, radiation safety, and patient experience. Working alongside radiologists, radiographers, and healthcare professionals, you will play an important role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT examinations across a variety of clinical presentations
• Ensure accurate patient positioning, scan protocols, and image optimisation
• Operate advanced CT equipment while maintaining radiation safety standards
• Administer contrast safely in line with clinical guidelines and protocols
• Provide compassionate patient care throughout the imaging process
• Collaborate with radiologists, referrers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with departmental procedures
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiography) or equivalent qualification
• Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner
• Victorian Radiation Licence (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous CT experience within a hospital or private imaging setting
• Strong knowledge of CT protocols, anatomy, and radiation safety principles
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centred approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Desirable Experience

• Experience with Siemens, GE, Canon, or Philips CT systems
• Exposure to emergency, inpatient, and outpatient imaging
• Experience with advanced CT applications such as angiography or cardiac CT
• Postgraduate CT qualifications or demonstrated CT competency
