About the Opportunity

As a Renal Dialysis RN, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to patients requiring haemodialysis treatment in a regional healthcare setting
  • Independently manage and monitor dialysis treatments using Fresenius 5008 / 5008S machines
  • Assess, monitor and respond to patient conditions before, during and after dialysis sessions
  • Work collaboratively with nephrologists, nursing colleagues and multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and families regarding renal disease management and dialysis care
  • Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety and best-practice dialysis services
  • Access visa sponsorship opportunities for eligible international candidates

    Skills and Experience

    Essential

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 3-5 years post-graduate nursing experience
  • Recent haemodialysis nursing experience
  • Demonstrated competency operating Fresenius 5008 / 5008S dialysis machines
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to work autonomously and confidently within a regional healthcare environment
