Rockhampton & Yeppoon, QLD | Up to $120k base + super + bonus

Join a well-established private practice as a Senior OR Lead Physiotherapist. This role offers strong clinical practice within a thriving practice allowing you to combine hands-on patient care with mentoring clinicians, driving business growth, and shaping clinical excellence across the clinics.

• Lead a mixed MSK, sports, NDIS, DVA and EPC caseload. Strong existing Women’s health referral stream.
• Mentor physiotherapists, deliver CPD sessions and conduct performance reviews
• Build referral networks and contribute to clinic growth and business development
• Work across both clinic locations (1 day/week in Yeppoon, remainder in Rockhampton)

Skills & experience

• AHPRA registered Physiotherapist
• Minimum 4+ years’ physiotherapy experience, ideally in private practice
• Strong MSK and manual therapy skills
• Women’s Health experience desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
