Many healthcare professionals see firsthand how unstable housing leads to poorer health outcomes, increased hospital admissions, and a cycle that’s incredibly hard to break. As the CEO of a leading healthcare recruitment company and the host of cmr’s healthcare podcast It Takes Heart, Samantha Miklos is acutely aware of these challenges. That’s why she’s stepping up to make a difference.

This June, Sam will take part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout, spending a night outside to raise awareness and critical funds for Australians experiencing homelessness. As a two-time Recruitment Leader of the Year in 2024, she’s passionate about making an impact that extends beyond recruitment, supporting a cause that affects the people and communities we serve.
