About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a skilled and seasoned General Dentist to join our warm and welcoming family-owned practice, nestled in the heart of Bundaberg, Queensland. As an Associate Dentist, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of a 4-day workweek (Monday to Thursday), where you’ll thrive both independently and under the guidance of our esteemed principal. While our principal is currently unable to practice due to an injury, you’ll benefit from their invaluable mentorship, as well as the unwavering support of our experienced team of Dental Assistants. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 2 years’ experience in dentistry, demonstrating proficiency across all facets of general dental care. If you have a passion for Implants and Clear Aligners, you’ll find yourself right at home here.

Before our principal’s injury, our practice boasted exceptional productivity, fueled by a loyal patient base and a team dedicated to excellence. Now, we’re eager to welcome a new associate to continue our legacy of outstanding dental care!

* Competitive compensation: $800 Daily Retainer plus 40% of billings (whichever is greater)
